RETURN POLICY
Endless Roses currently does not accept returns, due to the customized and/or unique nature of our arrangements. Should you have any problems with your order, please send us an email at info@endlessroses within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction.
All claims for damaged, spoiled, or missing shipments must be made within 5 days – at info@endlessroses.ca
*Individuals can cancel their orders within 2 hours of placing their order. Simply call or email us to cancel.
